Installation can happen in as little as 15 days with no need for Openreach involvement.

Assured Wireless comes with a fibre leased line failover, providing you with a fully diverse, high performing overall solution. This wireless + wired product guarantees a 100% uptime network when you absolutely must have connectivity 24/7 365. Should you have any downtime on the primary wireless product, your internet use will automatically redirect across to the secondary wired network, thus keeping your business connected and your phones working (if you use VoIP services).

Assured Wireless T&Cs

Please contact OptaNet about the range of Assured Wireless that are available to your location. You may be entitled to government subsidies to cover the cost of installation and equipment. Wireless products come with a choice of dedicated fibre leased line failover circuits. Please discuss your requirements with a member of the OptaNet Sales Team on 0203 475 3611. Installation of equipment at your premises is not included in the price and is on a case by case basis. Equipment can be amortised over the contract term. This solution is provided as a wires only service terminating with a Cisco layer 2 router. Onsite LAN equipment can be provided upon request.

100% uptime is based upon the service as a whole. In order to claim service credits there must be a simultaneous failure of both the wireless and wired service. Service credits are paid after the first second of downtime and will increase depending on the length of total downtime. Service credits owed will not exceed 75% of your monthly invoice for the service. OptaNet will proactively include service credits in your next month’s invoice. You do not need to claim them.
