Hosted Voice Prime is our hosted VoIP telephony solution available to businesses of all sizes, from a single employee to thousands of agents in call centres. Prime is a fully-hosted and managed telephony service, enabling businesses to work more efficiently and employees to be more productive.

The only equipment you need onsite is an IP phone. They can be powered with an Ethernet cable or PSU, and connected to the internet. All your company telephony information is stored securely in the cloud allowing you to access and adjust it from any internet enabled device, anywhere in the world. Prime is therefore the solution to your business continuity and disaster planning issues.

Work out the number of licences you require, choose from a number of additional features and then whether you wish to pay for your phones upfront or per month. We then work with you to set up the solution as you require it, including hunt groups, out of hours messages etc.

It all starts with a licence. Licences are on a per phone/seat allocation and can easily be scaled up and down whenever your business needs them. We discuss your current requirements and also look at where your business might be in the next few years. We can even provide you with a cost comparison against your existing phone system so you can see the savings your business can achieve.

We offer Prime with a number of free features. This allows all our clients to benefit, but keeps the licence costs at an industry leading low. We then give you the option to add other features if your business requires. This is done quickly and easily from our procurement portal. Bolt-on features range from simple call recording to more complex call centre services, including agent reports and management.

We have a range of high definition Yealink and Polycom handsets that we can configure with Prime so they work right out of the box. Our handsets can be bought outright or you can choose to lease them over 36 months.
